Half of the Payment upfront before work is started on the piece.
Remaining Portion due on Piece completion.Up to three sketches* will be done prior to beginning the piece for which changes can be requested with no cost, additional sketches or major changes requested in the production process will include a fee.
*These three sketches are made prior to the first mentioned payment.Additional Fees will be added for violation of terms described in this document to the final payment.No Refunds unless I'm unable to finish the piece.Filing a chargeback or unathorized transaction claim after receiving the completed artwork may be considered fraudulent behavior. All relevant evidence (communication, previous, and final delivery) will be provided to the payment provider.>> Time:
Pieces may take between a few days to a couple weeks to complete.>> Communication:
Commissions will be handled only through Discord DMs with @thatmaxsguy alias Maxs.Progress Pictures will be sent as Updates throughout the work of the piece. Smaller changes may be requested on this process.Any progress pictures shared in DMs before the completion of the piece and revisions will be kept only to the DMs between you and Maxs. Posting of WIPs (Work In Progress) of your commission requires Maxs' permission.>> TERMS OF USE:
- Commissioners may post the artwork for personal and non-commercial purposes with proper credit to Maxs. Commercial usage requires discussion with Maxs.
The Piece may be used by the commissioner for Profile Pictures, Banners, Wallpapers, Page Dolls, etc.- Commissioner cannot claim the art as their own work, remove watermarks/signatures, use for Non-Fungible Tokens, hate speech, or Artificial Inteligence.- Maxs can post the finalized piece and WIPs to Socials/Portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise, more detail under Privacy.>> Privacy:
Commission WIPs (Work In Progress) can be requested to remain private by Maxs during the making of the piece.
WIPs may still be released by Maxs after the finalized piece is released publicly.The finalized piece can be delayed from posting up to 1 week for free.
The period can be extended for $5 USD / week.
Full Privacy of the Piece, such that it will never be posted online by Maxs, requires paying the double of the final price of the piece. Under full privacy the piece may still be added to Maxs' portfolio after a discussed time period (3-8 Weeks).>> Subject Matter:
Maxs reserves the right to refuse any commission request. In particular, Maxs is generally not interested in making any of the following:
- Extreme Gore
- Controversial/Offensive themes/Hate Speech
- High Detail Mech

Backgrounds of moderate complexity or cover artwork with graphics, designs and customized lettering and caligraphy.Room Design: From $100 USD
Full Illustration of a location, interior, exterior or combination featuring moderate and highly complex elements. Can include simple animations or alternative states for Videogame or Interactive usage.
